The blade[s] will be missed but some of the playability has gone stale, I would rather hack a guys head with a hatchet than jump into a basket of hay 1,000 times in ANOTHER game. the last few began to get drawn out, with this I feel like it will be improved. I still don't think it should be gotten rid of all in all, but it should be more useful than jump->stab->sneak off.

It has been more useful than jump-> stab -> sneak off -> since ac 2, the double hidden blades were the best weapon in the game for melee combat, they became more of a jump-> stab -> block -> stab -> block -> Stab....(repeat as necessary) until you realize you just killed 50 soldiers in the span of a minute and while the description sounds kinda repetitive, the variety of randomized counters and combos made it never get old not to mention the face fuck fest that ensued when they added hookblades guns and crossbows into the mix, sure the tomahawk will be awesome but hidden blades are like the entire basis of the other games, theyre the symbol of the the assassins, and if desmond and that hot blond chick still have them why cant mr. Injun?
on a side note, just a warning to anyone who buys this game, dont shoot at the guuuuuuyyyyy whose ridin on a buffalo

I know someone who works for Ubisoft but i don't think he has any say in what goes on with AC since he's working on the next FarCry game.
