Step 1: Go to the "Avatar" tab under Profile
Step 2: Check the box underneath your existing picture that says delete.
Step 3: Click "save"
Step 4: Click "Return to Profile"
Step 5: Choose file or enter URL of picture
Step 6: Save again
Step 7: Tell your friends about us (not optional (sometimes))
